  These idiots won't stop calling!! After being told I don't need nor want anything they have to offer and to stop calling, they continue to call. I would never do business with that level of idiocy.

  Very poor customer service. After paying for over 14 years, Mother is dying,and in need of her long term care insurance. First, they moved office with no notification. When I did find them, stood in lobby while receptionest was in back cubical giggling with "friend". When I finally got "noticed"...was told to CALL THE OFFICE IN INDIANIA! My parents wanted to get long term care for both of them, but agent messed up......by waiting.....he let my Dad's 80th birthday go by (they started the process well before just did not turn in the papers) so HE did not qualify....turned out to be ok, as father passed away 9 years later and we cared for him at home. But THEY lost $$$$ payments for 9 years. Not good follow thorough or checking up to see if updates are desired or needed. I just find them VERY unprofessional both in agents and reception.....it has been a week since I submitted a claim, and have not been contacted by anyone at the INDIANIA office either. I would suggest doing a little research before buying policies from Bankers Life.
